El Dorado-Mother Lode Chair Jeremiah Gladen ANNOUNCES A NEW DATE FOR THE MARCH CHAPTER MEETING: THURSDAY MARCH 26 — INFORMATION BELOW: Dear ACL Members, We would like to inform everyone that our upcoming ACL meeting has been rescheduled from Saturday, March 28th to Thursday, March 26th. The meeting will still take place at the Highway House Restaurant…

El Dorado-Mother Lode Chair Jeremiah Gladen ANNOUNCES A NEW DATE FOR THE MARCH CHAPTER MEETING: THURSDAY MARCH 26 — INFORMATION BELOW:

Dear ACL Members,

We would like to inform everyone that our upcoming ACL meeting has been rescheduled from Saturday, March 28th to Thursday, March 26th. The meeting will still take place at the Highway House Restaurant in Jackson with the following schedule:

Social Hour: 5:30 PM

Dinner: 6:30 PM

Dinner will include your choice of chicken or steak, served with potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Caesar salad, rolls, and dessert.

We want to acknowledge the serious insurance challenges currently facing our log truckers and many members of the forestry industry. These rising costs are creating significant pressure on trucking operations and the entire forest industry supply chain.

Because of this, it is extremely important that we have strong attendance from our truckers at this meeting. We will be opening the floor for discussion so truckers and members can share their concerns, experiences, and opinions regarding insurance costs and the realities of operating today.

In the following days, ACL leadership will be meeting directly with the insurance company to advocate on behalf of our members. Our goal is to fight to curtail the continued rise in insurance rates, while also pushing for increased hauling rates that better reflect the real cost of operating today.

To represent our industry effectively in that meeting, we need to hear directly from our truckers. Your insight and participation will help ensure that the challenges you are facing are clearly communicated.

A follow-up email will be sent with dinner payment instructions.

Thank you for your continued support and involvement in ACL. We hope you will make every effort to join us on Thursday, March 26th.

Warm regards,

Jeremiah Gladen

President

ACL

El Dorado Motherlode Chapter

HERE IS FURTHER INFORMATION FROM AN EARLIER CHAPTER ANNOUNCEMENT:

As we prepare for this special evening, we kindly remind everyone to consider bringing an item for our auction. Your thoughtful contributions help make our events meaningful and successful, and we truly appreciate your generosity and support.

Additional details will be shared soon, including menu options, guest speaker information, and payment instructions for dinner and purchased auction items. Please be on the lookout for a follow-up email with those specifics.

Kindly RSVP as soon as possible to:

Bobbi Wren

Chapter Secretary

Phone: 209-250-6285

Email: acleldoradomlode@yahoo.com

We look forward to seeing everyone there for an evening of fellowship and connection.

Warm regards,

Jeremiah Gladen

President
