										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Using special voluntary donations raised by ACL members via the “Resource Availability Fund”(RAF)  ,  Associated California Loggers has placed John Quidachay on a one-year contract to represent our interests regionally and locally with the US Forest Service and to advise on federal issues.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>John has 35 years of forest management experience, including work with the US Forest Service on the El Dorado and Stanislaus Forests.  John is skilled in a variety of areas including environmental documentation, forest transportation, timber sale preparation, and stewardship planning.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>We will report in more detail on John in our ACL newsletters and social media as 2017 continues.  For now, ACL extends its welcome to our new team member, John Quidachay!</p>
