The Department of Forest Engineering, Resources and Management is pleased to announce a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, fixed-term Instructor position in the College of Forestry. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the Forestry Student Logging Training Program (FSLTP). This position is responsible for reviewing and scheduling the logging sites, marketing the logs produced, and scheduling log hauling. This position is responsible for hiring/supervising additional contractors as required to fill roles in the logging operation.
In addition, this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining a documented safety program for the Forestry Student Logging Training Program.
