The R5 Stewardship BPA is now Open and Continuous. Proposals may be accepted for the life of the BPA to be evaluated and awarded at FS convenience. Cheers!
I wanted to add that it is fully awarded, active, and ready for use now with over 80 contractor awards. We will be posting the full list of awardees next week on SAM. Not by individual forest awards, just the full list.

PS. “An additional wrinkle”: This change to BPA is open and continuous,and adds the four (4) Southern California Forests. If ACL has members who made a proposal and were selected and assigned to the Forests you wanted, each such member can be asked to be added to other Forests if you desire.

(PSW) Stewardship BPA
With the growing mission and need for stewardship and disaster recovery work in California, the PSW Stewardship BPA has been extended to the four southern Forest’s and opened up to receive proposals at any time. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated for award to the BPA at the convenience of the Forest Service with no set schedule.
If you would like to be considered for award, I urge you to submit a proposal. The amended solicitation documents can be found here: https://sam.gov/opp/
