I wanted to share with you the dates and registration information for our VIPR IBPA virtual vendor engagement sessions:
We will host three (3) virtual Fire Vendor Outreach Sessions (FVOS) in conjunction with the State PTAC offices utilizing the Microsoft Teams platform to discuss these re-advertisements and resource categories listed above. Vendor registration is required. Access can be achieved through a Microsoft Teams application or through your computer’s browser (no download necessary). There will also be an option to join by telephone only. We will walk through an agreement and clauses, etc.
1. Wednesday, Feb 8th at 1700 MT
2. Tuesday, Feb 21st at 1700 MT
3. Thursday, March 9th at 1700 MT

Additionally, RaShauna and her team are currently working closely with contract operations in Regions 5 and 6 in coordinating the in person engagement sessions for those two Regions and will share those locations and dates once they are finalized.
