2026 Sponsorship Form
The 2026 Annual Meeting of Associated California Loggers will begin on Wednesday, January 14 and end on Friday, January 16, 2026.
For the first time in over 20 years, the Annual Meeting will begin on a Wednesday and end on a Friday right up against the weekend, in case our attendees would like to stay longer.
The 2026 Annual Meeting will begin earlier in the month than our 2025 Annual Meeting did, so our deadlines are earlier this year.
THE DEADLINE TO MAIL OR E-MAIL A SPONSORSHIP FORM TO ASSOCIATED CALIFORNIA LOGGERS FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING IS MIDNIGHT ON DECEMBER 31, 2025.
Over the years, a growing number of companies, associations, and individuals have shown their support fo the loggers, log truckers, and log road builders of our Association by sponsoring our Annual Meeting. In return our sponsors communicate their services to our members.
Sponsors are listed on signage; in a PowerPoint slide show, in our Annual Meeting program, on our website and other social media, and in our newsletter.
Sponsorship Levels:
- DIAMOND: $5000
- PLAITNUM: $3000
- GOLD: $1500
- SILVER: $750
- BRONZE: $250
PLEASE NOTE: EXCEPT INSURANCE COMPANY SPONSORS, SPONSORS CAN CHOOSE TO OBTAIN A “SPONSORSHIP BOOTH” AT THE ANNUAL MEETING MAIN HALL TO PLACE STAFF AND MATERIALS — NO HEAVY EQUIPMENT DISPLAYS ARE POSSIBLE, HOWEVER. THIS IS NOT A TRADE SHOW.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU MISS THE DECEMBER 31 DEADLINE FOR SPONSORSHIP OF THE ANNUAL MEETING, YOU CAN STILL CONTACT THE ACL OFFICE AFTER DECEMBER 31 — AT 916-441-7940 –TO OBTAIN A “LATE SPONSORSHIP” IN WHICH YOU WILL NOT BE REPRESENTED IN SIGNAGE, POWERPOINT, OR ANNUAL MEETING PROGAM — BUT YOU WILL BE LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA AND NEWSLETTER. THE SAME SPONSORSHIP LEVEL PRICES WILL APPLY.
