The Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) Grant Program is now open for application submissions through March 1, 2020, for districts in the Shared Allocation Pool.
The FARMER Program provides funding through local air districts for agricultural harvesting equipment, heavy-duty trucks, agricultural pump engines, tractors, and other equipment used in agricultural operations. The FARMER Program’s Shared Allocation Pool includes those 18 air districts with less than one percent of the statewide emissions from agricultural equipment:

- Antelope Valley AQMD
- Calaveras County APCD
- El Dorado County AQMD
- Great Basin Unified APCD
- Lake County AQMD
- Lassen County APCD
- Mariposa County APCD
- Mendocino County AQMD
- Modoc County APCD
- Mojave Desert AQMD
- North Coast Unified AQMD
- Northern Sierra AQMD
- Northern Sonoma County APCD
- Placer County APCD
- Shasta County AQMD
- Siskiyou County APCD
- Tuolumne County APCD
