Associated California Loggers will return to the Reno area for the 2026 Annual Meeting. We are returning to the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino. We look forward to returning to this popular venue.
The dates of the 2026 Annual Meeting are Wednesday, January 14 through Friday, January 16.
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER TWENTY YEARS, THE ANNUAL MEETING WILL START ON A WEDNESDAY, AND FINISH ON A FRIDAY, RIGHT BEFORE THE WEEKEND.
PLEASE NOTE: This is the 52nd Annual Meeting of Associated California Loggers.
PLEASE NOTE: AGAIN –THE ANNUAL MEETING WILL START ON A WEDNESDAY AND END ON A FRIDAY. THEREFORE, THE ANNUAL MEETING RECEPTION, BANQUET AND AUCTION WILL BE ON THURSDAY JANUARY 15, 2026 – AND NOT ON TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY.
Official “Room Block Dates” are Wednesday, January 14 through Friday, January 16, 2026.
The Peppermill is offering our attendees one type of room at one discounted “Room Block” rate.
Peppermill Tower Single King and Double Queen Room: $120 per night.
A resort fee of $25 – discounted for ACL from $45 – will be added to the room rate, per night and subject to a room tax (currently 13%.)
RESORT FEE AMENITIES INCLUDE:
- Shuttle service to and from the Reno Tahoe International Airport daily from 4:00 am to 11:45 pm.
- Business Center Access including incoming and outgoing faxes (up to 5 pages.)
- Local and 800 number phone calls.
- In-room refrigerators.
- Microwaves and cribs available on request.
- In-room coffee with Keurig Coffee Maker.
- Two (2) bottles of water per night.
